What to expect over 14 days
Over 14 days, this email course will guide us through practicing the five pillars of MH5: Notice, Name, Regulate, Anchor, and Seek Support. Some days will help us slow down enough to notice what is happening inside us. Some days will help us name what feels vague, heavy, or hard to explain. Some days will help us regulate what stress has stirred up in the body. Some days will help us anchor ourselves in what is steady and true. Some days will help us practice seeking support with honesty and courage.
This is not five pillars crammed into five days. It is a 14-day email course that gives each pillar room to breathe, repeat, and settle into daily life. We return. We practice. We learn to notice again. That is the point.
The Stayer Mindset
Mental hygiene is how we become stayers for ourselves. We cannot offer presence to others if we are depleted. We cannot build bridges to the hurting if our own foundation is crumbling.
We cannot stay in the conversation if we have lost our own voice. Not toxic positivity that masks the pain, but honest endurance that acknowledges it.
Not a quick fix for a broken mood, but a slow rhythm for a weary soul.
The MH5 14-day email course is designed for the leaders who feel the weight of their teams. It is for the caregivers who have forgotten how to care for themselves. It is for anyone who has looked at their life and realized they are running on empty.

This is an invitation to slow down. To listen. To practice. Each day for 14 days, you will receive a short, practical email in your inbox. No jargon. No abstract theory. Just a simple way to practice the five pillars in the middle of your real, messy, beautiful life.
We are building a community of people who are tired of the noise. We are building a culture that prioritizes connection over performance. We are building a life that is worth staying for.

Stop drowning. Start practicing. Look at the person in the mirror, and then look at the person across the table. They both need you to stay.
